Club Wyndham National Harbor Sales & Marketing began using Graybird Innovations, LLC to facilitate training courses to assist our new employees in obtaining their Maryland Real Estate licenses. This began as a pilot program in 2022 with new hire turnover at an all-time high of 159% in the first 60 days of employment. This quickly became a best practice when we started to retain new associates, the turnover rate is now one of the lowest in the company at 48%! We now use Graybird in other locations that have licensing requirements to increase retention.

I first bought Wyndham vacation ownership while on my honeymoon in 2004 in Williamsburg. Va. I only bought a smaller package as an “experimental purchase.” It proved to be life changing.

Since I live close to Atlantic City, NJ, I go there often. In 2006 I was at an Owners Update where I met Anne. She took time to explain my ownership and how to get the most from it. I ended up purchasing more from her. At that time, she asked if I had someone to look over my account to which I answered. “No “! She volunteered to help me, and our friendship began.

Shortly after that while vacationing in Newport, Rhode Island, I was shocked to encounter Anne again as we had lost track of each other. We hit it off like two long lost friends, exchanged cell phone numbers and our friendship grew. I upgraded my ownership again! She has been a constant friend and advisor to my wife and me ever since. She has helped me MANY TIMES WITH MY OWNERSHIP. We take each other out to dinner whenever I am at Wyndham where she is working. Now I am a proud “GOLD OWNER “! This year my wife and I will spend 41 nights at a Wyndham property, perhaps more as I have a few points left for 2024.

Wyndham is a good company when you know how to get the best from it. However, the best thing I like about Wyndham is it is where I met ANNE FOSTER. She looked at me as a HUMAN WITH QUESTIONS, NOT ANOTHER SALE!

She has retired and started her own business in Graybird Innovations LLC, and she has remained my advisor and friend. She takes her role in my vacation life seriously and I am happy we still get to work together and maintain our friendship as she embarks on this new chapter. Graybird Innovations has a real gem in ANNE FOSTER! I know she is an asset to other companies in teaching salespersons how to make friends of the people who they contact.
